Key Account
Manager
POLSPOTTEN has a lot of potential, a strong growth ambition, and is currently scaling up further. The newly recruited Key Account Manager plays an important role in our growth ambition and further market penetration. It involves a varied and international sales role with responsibility for multiple countries and accounts.
As Key Account Manager Interior, you will work for the Dutch, Belgian, and Scandinavian markets. You will ensure growth within POLSPOTTEN for both existing and new international B2B accounts. This includes Retail, E-Commerce, and contract (hotels, restaurants, and offices). The combination of strategic and tactical aspects makes this role so challenging. The B2B accounts are divided into different regions. The customers are classified into categories, but you will actively manage 100-200 key accounts. Additionally, you will have around 600-700 customers who place orders themselves but fall under your region. There are four other Key Account Managers in your commercial team, each in their own area. You report to the Sales Director.
Your responsibilities:
Who are you?
You possess strong negotiation skills, are analytical, and have a numerical background. Furthermore, we are looking for a decisive individual who exudes seniority when dealing with major key accounts. And furthermore:
Who are we?
'Add Play to Space' is what we stand for. POLSPOTTEN has grown from a ceramics shop on Amsterdam's Herenstraat to an internationally leading interior brand in over thirty years. Our studio designs accessories, furniture, lighting, and tableware, among other things. Craftsmanship and sustainability are paramount, wrapped in contemporary design. Our iconic interior accessories are sold worldwide in more than 65 countries exclusively at leading concept stores, platforms, and department stores such as De Bijenkorf, Selfridges, Farfetch, and The Conran Store. Of course, there is also a dedicated portal and E-commerce website for consumers to place orders.
