Manager
POLSPOTTEN is hiring a creative brand manager. In this exciting role, you will play a central role in the establishment of our purpose, Add Play to Space and our brand values across all communication channels.
You have a creative mind, but you are also a strategist and understand high-end brands and its customers very well. You are well informed about luxury brands, innovations, developments in the market and has a broad international network and connect the right people in order to gather ideas and bring them to live. You have a natural interest in topics such as art, design, culture, sustainability, interior and fashion.
You are experienced with high-end or aspirational brands, in both B2B and B2C markets. You know how to actively guide creative bureaus and production teams.
As a person, you are ambitious and a strong promotor. You have a curious and energetic nature. Having a strong vision is not enough, it is as important to have a strong getting-things-done mentality.

The role
In its core, this role requires an independent person with high ambitions, that is skilled in translating the brand DNA in campaigns, in creating AND producing brand campaigns. This may range from 360-degree hero campaigns to smaller initiatives. Next to being responsible on a creative and conceptual level, you are responsible for the brand campaign results, and therefore actively monitoring the campaign effectiveness.You have a creative mind, but you are also a strategist and understand high-end brands and its customers very well. Your responsibilities
- You initiate ideas how to translate our brand DNA into omnichannel brand activation and communication.
- You get ideas prioritized on our commercial calendar and translates them in project plans, budgets and briefs for the production team.
- You create a set of brand KPI’s, and steer them in a pro-active way.
- Internally, you will be working closely with the Studio and Marketing teams. Externally, you will be working with creative bureaus and production teams.
- You make sure our handwriting is consistent over time, across channels and markets.
- You will keep a close eye on all external visual communication.
- Responsible for the campaign budget, the process and the outcome, where you work close with the marketing and the creative team.
Who are we looking for?
- You are on mid/senior level in your career, and have minimum 3 years of experience in art direction or brand marketing on a highly creative and aspirational level.
- You have worked with or for luxury or highly aspirational brands.
- You are diligent to hit deadlines and offer suggestions to streamline and improve team processes.
- You have been working in a scale up environment and are used to making the most of limited budget and resources.
- You are able to communicate fluently and effectively in Dutch and English.
