Customer Care Representative (parttime/ fulltime)

Our Customer Care team in Aalsmeer is hiring a Customer Care Representative right now (24 – 40 hours per week).
What does your new job look like?
You’ll start the day with your colleagues over at Customer Care with a fresh cup of coffee and then get started:
  • Your main responsibility is to accurately maintain mailboxes and order administration
  • You maintain contact with clients via email and answer DMs and social posts on our social channels
  • You talk to customers and retailers on the phone and provide the best possible customer experience
  • Order processing is largely automated – you maintain the overview of the processes and enjoy working with the associated systems
  • Chasing payments is another aspect of your role
  • At the end of the day, the mailbox is nice and empty again, you and the team have moved mountains and properly informed loads of customers. Another productive workday under the belt!
Who are you?

For the role of Customer Care Officer, we are looking for an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn candidate who wants to grow together with POLSPOTTEN. You are at your best when the situation becomes increasingly hectic and various tasks demand your attention at the same time. In addition, you recognise yourself in the following:
  • You know how important it is to have fun together but equally value good cooperation;
  • You are service-oriented, accurate and will not miss a single detail;
  • You are energised by ensuring a smooth order process for the customer;
  • You are confident and have an entrepreneurial mindset;
  • You understand the importance of external communication. You are proficient in English (both verbally and written); mastery of the Dutch language is a nice-to-have; 
  • You have higher education or equivalent ability;
  • You are quick to master new systems (experience with Exact and/or SFCC is a nice-to-have but not a requirement);
  • No need to have loads of back-office experience, it is more important that you are a true match for the team and feel at home!
