These special conditions apply only to the Online Sample Sale, not to regular (non-discounted) items.

  • Shipping is free from €79 to the Benelux and Germany and from €99 to France.
  • Shipping is limited to addresses in the Benelux, France and Germany.
  • Exchanges are not possible for sample sale items.
  • Minor imperfections or slight damages (to the product or packaging) are part of the sale and not a reason for return.
  • Returns are possible within 14 days after receiving the products.
  • If an item arrives truly defective/broken, we will of course take care of it.
