Inside Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales Representative, you are the vital link within our sales team. You support the Key Account Manager in managing client relationships and ensure the internal sales process runs smoothly. From order management to reporting – your organized approach directly contributes to happy clients and an efficient sales operation.

What will you do?

  • Assist the Key Account Manager with account management and customer follow-ups.
  • Monitor the order portfolio, focusing on deliverability and identifying issues in cooperation with logistics.
  • Track payment agreements and communicate professionally with customers and internal teams.
  • Process orders, quotes, and customer data in our CRM system.
  • Follow up on leads in coordination with the Key Account Manager (no cold calling).
  • Prepare clear reports on order status, customer activity, and sales performance.
  • Handle customer inquiries with a solution-oriented, customer-first mindset.
