Terms and Conditions


We only facilitate deliveries of our products to addresses within the Benelux; The Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.
Are you located outside of the Benelux and want to buy a POLSPOTTEN product? Pease contact us, we will then look for a point of sale as close to you as possible.


Our payment service provider Adyen facilitates payments via IDEAL for The Netherlands, Bancontact for Belgium and Luxembourg and Credit Card services from Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Amex.


Orders with a value above € 50,- will be shipped free of charge.
For orders below €50,- we charge a shipping fee of € 5,-
Products that can be packed as a parcel will be shipped via UPS. Once your order has been picked up from our warehouse you will receive an email with track and trace code to follow the delivery of your purchase.

Furniture pieces and large products are delivered by our recognized furniture carrier JP Haarlem. Once your order has been packed by our warehouse JP Haarlem will get in touch with your by email to make a personal appointment for delivery of the product.
This process may take longer than the indicated delivery time as stated on our webshop.
The delivery time of a product is indicated on the product detail page and in the check-out. When a product is in stock we can deliver it within 3 to 5 working days (nb. furniture pieces and large products may take longer).
When your order has a combination of products with different delivery times, then we will ship your order once all of the items are available.


On products that you buy with us, the statutory warranty applies. This means that the product must be in good condition and should be expected to function in normal use.
When you receive an item which in your opinion this is not the case, we guarantee that we will find a fair and appropriate solution.

The Right to Return

We hope that you are happy with your purchase. Should this for some reason not be the case, then you can return your purchase without a problem.
This must be done within 30 days after the receipt of your order.

What must you do to exercise the right of withdrawal?

Fill in the enclosed return form and enclose it with the item you want to return.

Pack the item in its original packaging. Please note that many of our products are breakable.
Always use as much of the original packaging including the packing material supplied to protect the item being returned.

Do not forget to enclose the completed return form before sealing the box. Without it, we are unable to identify the customer.

Cover the return sticker on the package. It is standardly supplied with your order. Please note that all of the costs for a return are the buyer's responsibility, with the exception of wrong products or defects. In that case we will refund the return costs. Products that get damaged during the return process, cannot be exchanged or refunded. We suggest that you choose to send the package insurance paid.
After we have received your return shipment in good condition, we will refund the purchase price to your account within 10 working days after the receipt of the returned item.
