At POLSPOTTEN, we celebrate bold ideas, creative freedom and contemporary Dutch design. Our collaboration with designer Teun Zwets, launched with the Spring–Summer 2026 collection, is a perfect reflection of this vision. This collection brings together experimental design, expressive colour and unexpected materials, resulting in truly unique home accessories and statement pieces.

About Teun Zwets – A New Voice in Dutch Design

Teun Zwets is a Dutch designer who prefers to work without a fixed plan. He graduated in 2020 from the Design Academy Eindhoven, where his work became known for bold colour, spontaneous making and surprising material encounters.

We launched our first product together with the Spring–Summer 2026 collection. What draws us to Teun is the freedom in his process - he lets the workshop lead, and his bold, instinctive way of working is a natural fit with our vision on creating unique products. In his own words:

A Collaboration Driven by Creative Freedom

In collaboration with Teun Zwets, POLSPOTTEN presents an object where spontaneity, functionality, and sculptural expression meet. Zwets designs without a fixed plan, allowing materials and circumstance to guide the outcome. His intuitive, hands-on approach - rooted in found and reimagined forms - results in pieces that are playful, energetic, and deliberately hard to define. What began as a specific installation for a public space evolved, through collaboration with POLSPOTTEN, into a functional object that resists categorisation - a vase, a watering can, a statement piece. Anything goes, exactly as intended.
