Order
We only facilitate deliveries of our products to addresses within the Benelux, France and Germany.Are you located outside one of these countries and want to buy a POLSPOTTEN product? Pease contact us, we will then look for a point of sale as close to you as possible.
Payment
Our payment service provider Adyen facilitates payments via IDEAL for The Netherlands, Bancontact for Belgium and Luxembourg and Credit Card services from Visa, MasterCard and Maestro.Promotions
- Discounts are only valid from the moment they are active. This means that discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
- Price adjustments can only be made for customers who purchased a product at full price and where that product is offered in the sale within 14 days. In such cases, the customer may receive the price difference back, provided the product is still available in the sale.
- A delivery charge of €3.95 applies to sale orders under €129 within the Benelux and a charge of €5.95 applies to orders under €149 for shipped to Germany and France.
- Sale items are subject to availability, and POLSPOTTEN reserves the right to make changes to the availability or terms of the sale at any time.
Discount Codes
- A maximum of one discount code can be used per order.
- Discount codes are not exchangeable for cash or store credit.
- Discount codes are only valid within the specified validity period.
- Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, offers, or sale items, unless otherwise stated.
- POLSPOTTEN reserves the right to modify, terminate, or invalidate discount codes at any time.
- In the event of suspected misuse, fraud, or unauthorised use of discount codes, POLSPOTTEN reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order.
Shipping
In France and Germany we can only deliver products that can be packed as a parcel. Once you are on our French/German webshop you will only see products which can be delivered to these countries.In the Benelux we can deliver our complete collection including furniture pieces.
All parcels are shipped with PostNL to all available countries. Once your order has been picked up from our warehouse you will receive an email with track and trace code to follow the delivery of your purchase.
Deliveries are carried out by external transport partners, and delays may sometimes occur outside our control. Our warehouse processes and dispatches orders as quickly as possible after they are placed, ensuring your order is delivered as soon as possible.
Furniture pieces and the large products which can be delivered within the Benelux only, are processed by PostNL Extra@Home. Once your order has been packed by our DC, PostNL Extra@Home will get in touch with you by email to make a personal appointment for delivery of the product. This process may take longer than the indicated delivery time as stated on our webshop. The delivery time of a product is indicated on the product detail page and in the check-out.
A delivery charge of €3.95 applies to sale orders under €129 within the Benelux and a shipping charge of €5.95 for orders under €149 shipped to Germany and France.
Longer delivery times
- The expected delivery time for products with longer lead times can be found on the product page and in the shopping cart.
- Orders containing multiple products will only be shipped once all items are in stock.
- Delays caused by logistics partners may sometimes be outside our control.
Warranty and Use
All products purchased from us are covered by statutory warranty. This means that a product must be delivered in good condition and function as reasonably expected for normal household use.Our products are designed for normal household use. Damage caused by incorrect use, dropping, mishandling, or improper storage is not covered by the warranty.
Many of our products are partially or fully handmade. As a result, small variations in colour, shape, texture, or finish may occur. These subtle differences make each product unique and are not considered defects.
If you receive an item that you feel does not meet these expectations, we will work with you to find a fair and appropriate solution.
Specific Terms for (online) Sample Sale-events
These special conditions apply exclusively to (online) Sample Sale items and not to regular (non-discounted) items;- Returns or exchanges of sample sale items are not possible.
- Minor imperfections or slight damages (to the product or packaging) are part of the sale and do not constitute valid grounds for return.
- If an item arrives truly defective or broken, we will of course provide an appropriate solution.
- Shipping of sample sale orders is limited to addresses in the Benelux, France, and Germany.
- By using the provided discount code, the customer agrees to these specific conditions.
The Right to Return
We hope that you are happy with your purchase. Should this for some reason not be the case, then you can return your purchase without a problem.This must be done within 30 days after the receipt of your order.
When the item you bought was on sale, you have 14 days to return the items after it has been delivered to you. You van do so through our return portal.
In the 'general conditions for distance contract for furniture shops', prepared by the CBW, you can read all about your rights and obligations when buying online.
You can only register your return via our online return portal.
Please ensure that the products are properly packed. You can best use the original packaging.
If we have received your return and once it has been approved, we will reimburse for the returned products within 14 days.
We are not charging you for making a return when using our online return portal.
